Hi, my name is Luca. I am a 22 year old realtor who has been thrown into the real estate industry since birth...literally. (Both my parents are brokers)
That funny looking old man next to me is my dad, Mike. He's been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and selling real estate for 20 years.
Mike has done 1000+ career transactions and sold over $500 million in sales volume.
I have been working with him since middle school, eventually specializing in his social media marketing since I was 16 years old.
In 2023 I went all in with him on building our real estate business. I dropped out of college, got licensed and in our first year together, our small team did just under $30 million in sales volume.
